Insurer: JSC "International Insurance Company IRAO" (ID 205023856) (hereinafter — the "Insurer" / "IRAO").
1.1. This document constitutes a public offer of the Operator within the meaning of Articles 328–335 of the Civil Code of Georgia. By placing an order and making payment, the user accepts the offer, which constitutes the conclusion of an agreement between the user and the Operator.
1.2. The Operator is an insurance agent of the Insurer and acts on the basis of an agency agreement with IRAO. The Operator provides the user with services for selecting and arranging IRAO insurance policies online. The Operator is not an insurance company and does not provide insurance services.
1.3. IRAO is the insurer and the bearer of the insurance risk under the policy. The scope of coverage, limits, exclusions, and settlement procedure are determined by the insurance policy and IRAO's insurance rules. In the event of any discrepancy between information on the website and the terms of insurance, the terms of the Insurer shall prevail.
1.4. Information on the website is for informational purposes only and may be presented in a simplified form.

2.3. Governing law: the legislation of Georgia. In the event of a discrepancy between language versions, the Georgian version shall prevail.
3.1. The price displayed in the Service is the retail price of the Operator's service for arranging the policy. The price is stated inclusive of all applicable taxes.
3.2. The amount paid by the user consists of two components: (a) the insurance premium, which is determined by the Insurer, stated in the policy, and remitted to IRAO in full; and (b) the Operator's service fee — remuneration for online arrangement, instant issuance of the policy, and support. The amount stated in the policy as the insurance premium is included in the paid price and is not a separate additional payment.
3.3. By paying for the order, the user confirms agreement with the total cost of the service and with the fact that it includes the Operator's service fee.
4.1. The user selects a product, fills in the required data, and pays for the order in the Service. Before payment, the following are available to the user: IRAO's insurance terms and rules, this offer, the privacy policy, and the refund policy.
4.2. Before payment, the user confirms, by means of a mandatory checkbox, that they have read IRAO's insurance terms, this offer, and the privacy policy. Arrangement of the policy is not possible without this confirmation.
4.3. After payment, the data is transferred to the Insurer; IRAO registers the policy and sends it to the user. The policy and confirmation are sent to the specified e-mail address.
5.1. The Operator undertakes to transfer the data to the Insurer for issuance of the policy, to ensure delivery of the policy to the user's e-mail, and to provide support on matters of arrangement and payment.
5.2. The user undertakes to provide accurate data. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
6.1. The Operator is a seller and intermediary of the insurance product and is not a provider of the insurance service. Any claims relating to the insurance service, including decisions on insured events and denials of payment, are resolved directly between the Insurer and the policyholder.
6.2. The Operator is not liable for: the Insurer's decisions on insured events; the scope of coverage and exclusions established by the Insurer; the quality of services provided by third-party suppliers; delays caused by third parties; technical failures beyond the Operator's control.
6.3. Contacts for insured events are indicated in the policy and on the "Legal Information" page.
7.1. The refund procedure is set out in a separate Refund Policy, which is an integral part of this offer.
7.2. The Operator's service fee is non-refundable, since the service of online policy arrangement is provided as a one-time service and is deemed rendered at the moment the policy is issued. This does not affect the right to a refund of the insurance premium in cases provided for by law and IRAO's rules.
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection" and the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this offer.
9.1. Inquiries regarding the operation of the Service should be directed to the Operator: a1@100doc.ge. Questions regarding an insured event should be directed to the Insurer: office@irao.ge, (032) 2 949 949.
9.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of Georgia. The consumer has the right to apply to the Georgian National Competition Agency.
10.1. The Operator has the right to amend this offer; the current version is published on the website with the date indicated. The version in effect at the time the order was placed shall apply to the relationship.
10.2. The invalidity of a particular provision does not entail the invalidity of the offer as a whole.
10.3. Matters not regulated by this offer are governed by the legislation of Georgia.
